VOLUNTEER REFERENCE MANUAL

This is a comprehensive manual, written for new volunteers, experienced volunteers, and veteran volunteers. 

There is something in this volunteer reference manual for everyone.

Downloading and printing the entire Volunteer Reference Manual will be most useful, and is highly recommended. 

However, volunteers are not required to print out this manual, nor are volunteers required to read this entire manual. You are only required to read Chp 1,2,3,5,9 and then sign and mail the accompanying form indicating you have read Chapters 1,2,3,5,9.
